MovieMaker does not see eVGA TV Tuner

I honestly don't know if this is an MCE2005 problem or a MovieMaker
problem..

The eVGA card (Model 016-P1-NVTV-TX) sits in my system with the ATI HDTV
Wonder card. Both work OK in Media Center as tuners. But MovieMaker only
recognizes the ATI card as a video source (as "ATI DTV Wonder Analog TV
Capture"), and even then, All I get is a nasty message ("The video device
is currently in use. Close any other application that is using the device
and try again.") and a blue screen for video. I've previously sought help
for that problem and still have not resolved it...

I'm pretty sure that the driver for the eVGA card is correct (LSI Logic,
Inc., 9/8/2004, version 1.2.0.45).

How do I get MCE2005/Windows Moviemaker to recognize the eVGA tuner card's
S-Video and analog audio inputs as a capture device?
