MSN is aware of the issue, we've made sure of that. And a fix is in the works. We were not given a date for its deployment, though.

I have the same problem on the East Coast (my MSN web page display shows time.
off by 3 hours). It all worked before the July update was applied... I
removed the MSN record and re-installed with new kit last week, on
recomendation from "April" at MSN, but it still fails. I have updated my
local guide also. I am able to add programs localy with the Guide without a
problem... !@#$%^&*()
