You could probably start by posting this question in an appropriate
newsgroup, this one is for Windows Media Center. Try an Outlook Express
forum.
Offhand, I don't believe Outlook Express has all the "Out of Office
Autoreply" features of Outlook, but you could set up a rule for certain
senders to get an automatic reply. This would only work if you leave Outlook
Express running and connected to your mail provider.
In an Exchange server/Outlook environment, you don't have the client
running, since the rule can be on the server. It also is possible that your
mail provider has some server-based tools to do some type of autoreply.

I am trying to set up an out of office using Outlook Express. The problem
is
that I do not want everyone to get the out of office message. How can I
pre-select who gets the out of office message and who does not?
