Media Center version number and GUI
Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry
Please be kind, but I just installed Media Center 2005 using MSDN
license and I am not sure what version of media center is actually
installed. It appears that this is a bug as found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837707
This leads to my second problem: I cannot seem to bring up the Media
Center Start Menu GUI. My desktop looks like it is running XP Pro or
Home and not the Media Center UI.
Can this be done using keyboard shortcuts or must I have a remote
control? (which I have non yet)
Please advise. Thank you
.
