I have recently purchased an ION iTTUSB turntable from Firebox. When I

known issue and I needed to contact you as this driver was not included

the XP Media Edition.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated as this issue
(experience) has been outstanding for 2 weeks now.

Who exactly are you trying to contact? This is a peer-to-peer support
group
and not monitored or supported by Microsoft. We wouldn't have any
drivers.
