Yes, i am using a VGA interface connection for my flat screen and an S-Video
connection for my tv monitor. Thank you for the info, the video on the tv is
still watchable just a little blurrier. Besides that the dual mode works
fine, no problems. I will check out my nvidia manual for information about
this issue, and I guess I live with the the slight performance problem
(blurryness) as I use my computer for college (an IT degree in 2 more years)
and MCE. Thanks for all your help.

I assume that your monitor is using a VGA interface connection. I am not.
sure what your TV may be using probably S-Video or DVI or Component.
The NVIDIA release notes and or user guide for its driver recommend agains
using dualmode with MCE because of performance problems. I forget the exact
verbage.

I have a ge force 6200 w/ turbo cache. my resolution for both monitors is
1024 * 768. I am using Dualview (so I can use each screen for seperate
programs) and my tv is my default monitor and my flatscreen is my plug and
play monitor. I am not quite sure what you mean by what interface am I
using,
if I did not already answer this, tell me where to see the info and I will
post it. Thanks.

It sounds like your graphics card is having performance problems keeping
both screens up to date.
What graphics card do you have and what resolution and interface are you
using to your 2 displays? Are you using clone or extended desktop mode?

I guess I did not explain the problem right, the problem is when I am
running
video on my tv through MCE and go to use my flatscreen to do
schoolwork,
the
video on my tv gets blurry. I wanted to know if I could configure
something
differently so that the video on my tv stays clear while I am doing my
homework on my flatscreen. I know it has something to do with using my
flatscreen because the video is clear on my tv when my flatscreen is
not
in
use. Thanks.

If I understand you correctly you are saying the PC applications are
blurry
when trying to run them on your TV although Video is fine on your TV.
This
is probably becasue CRT tVs are designd for video only and no for use
as
PC
moniotrs. This is why CRT PC moniotrs have historically cost twice as
much
as CRT Tvs of the same screen size. Also if you are using S-Video as
the
interface to your TV recognize that you are sending a 480i image of
what
is
on your moniotrs desktop and not the actual desktop resolution this
also
causes application text to appear blurry.

I have a question I have my tv hooked up as my primary monitor and I
do
my
schoolwork on my flatscreen. My question is when I am not using my
flatscreen, the picture on my tv monitor is clear, when I start
doing
schoolwork on my other monitor, the picture on the tv monitor gets a
little
fuzzier. Is there any way I can reconfigure my tv monitor via the
Nvidia
Control Panel or the window control panel to have a clearer picture
when
using my other monitor for schoolwork, thanks.
