It sounds like your graphics card is having performance problems keeping
both screens up to date.
What graphics card do you have and what resolution and interface are you
using to your 2 displays? Are you using clone or extended desktop mode?

I guess I did not explain the problem right, the problem is when I am
running
video on my tv through MCE and go to use my flatscreen to do schoolwork,
the
video on my tv gets blurry. I wanted to know if I could configure
something
differently so that the video on my tv stays clear while I am doing my
homework on my flatscreen. I know it has something to do with using my
flatscreen because the video is clear on my tv when my flatscreen is not
in

I have a question I have my tv hooked up as my primary monitor and I do

schoolwork on my flatscreen. My question is when I am not using my
flatscreen, the picture on my tv monitor is clear, when I start doing
schoolwork on my other monitor, the picture on the tv monitor gets a
