I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and after having spoken directly with
nVidia, they have informed me that they can't sell to the province of Quebec
due to our #$@#@ language laws. However, they do offer french services on
their international site but this site does not support North America.

Their advice: "Have someone from somewhere make the order for you, however
their credit card billing must be outside of Quebec"

Well, I guess that explains why I have never been able to find their video
cards in retail stores here either.

Anyhow, I guess this leads me to my next question. Does anyone know of an
online retailer that sells the nVidia decoder bundled with some other
inexpensive product? Remember that whatever the other product is, I don't
need it so I would like to keep the costs down.
