I've just bought a computer with Windows Media Center edition. I
installed
Japanese language and I can read/write Japanese with no problem. However,
when I try to install Japanese programs, the installation program doesn't
recognize Japanese chracter and was cancelled in the middle. i downloaded
a
Japanese program but I cannot read the bar (File/edit/view etc) as all

characters were shown funny. I even selected Japanese as my default
language
but there was no change. I used to have Windows 2000 professional edition
and I never had such a problem. I'm suspecting that there might be
something
wrong with the new IME. Is there anyway that I can fix this problem?
