Xbox 360 - pc side setup fails at 'creating a new user account' for extender

When I'm setting up the Xbox 360 pc side, (xbox.com/pcsetup) it fails
at creating a user account, it says tehre's an error and I can't figure
it out at all..

Anyone know how to fix this?
