The tuner cards have nothing to do with the implementation of PIP. If you
have two tuner supported by MCE then MCE can import data from both of them
at the same time. It is up to MCE developed in Redmond to then provide the
PIP capability just like the MS Silicon Valley developted Ultimate TV system
did for DTV dual tuners years ago.
