Re: HELP!! All in wodner & Decoder error

You need to insure that when you installed the ATI MMC program that you also
installed the ATI Decoder from the same download page as the ATI MMC program
since other DVD Decoders are apparently not able to decode the software
encoded files from an AIW card.

Hi,

I hvae an ati all in wonder card. I think it is the 9600 version. I have
a
dell computer with a clean install of media center version of xp.

When I go to the media center and click on TV I get the following message

Decoder error The video decoder has either malfunctioned or is not
installed please restart media center and / or you rcomputer.

AS far as I can tell I have all of the ATI drivers installed.

This is driving me crazy,

By the way, if I use the ATI media center softwart it the tv plays fine.
