Thanks everyone for your replies. I guess extender idea is more
feasable. A few more questions arise:
What is the best option out there?
I haven't documented very well in the extenders subject, is everything
going through the network? even live TV?

Thanks!

this doesnt make sense to me. lets say for arguments sake you get a vga
splitter and run the cable to the bedroom monitor so now you can watch in
both places. how do you expect to control the pc? ir is no longer an option
as the line of sight is gone. rf might work but i have had issues and have
only seen rf mice not keyboards. bluetooth has limited distance and i cant
get it to work from a pc in the closet in my bedroom with the keyboard in the
bedroom. you can get ir that changes to rf then back to ir for cheap like
$20-$30 but then you are still stuck with getting both sound and video to the
bedroom. as much as i like the thought you really need an extender of some
sort or get a second system for the bedroom and share files.
good luck with it and and if you find a better solution let us all know how
you did it.

I have recently bought a Media Center PC with a 20inch widescreen LCD
Monitor. Initially I had inteneded for this to be my bedroom TV/PC. Now
I want to "somehow" hook the media center to my livingroom Flat Panel
LCD TV but still being able to use it in my bedroom as TV/PC.

Is this possible? Does anyone know if there is some kind of Switch so I
can change between destination on signals of my Video card?

The only way I have found to do this is by using a media exteneder, but
I am not willing to buy a new device to do this.

Please advice!
