Arrange menu items

Is it possible to arrange the menu items in the home screen ?
I installed the ATI MCE pluging and it came up in the homescreen.
I would like to move this to my programms.
And i have one plugin under My Programms that i want to have i the
homescreen.

Is it possible ? Any tools that can do this ?
