Adding channels from Dish Network not downloaded

heya..

I have MCE hooked up to my Dish Network reciver and it's working very well.

However, because I live exactly halfway between two cities, Dish Network has
activated locals for one city but given me access to locals from another
city.

Of course these other city channels aren't downloaded (Portland, ME) and if
I try to add them manually by call letters, the guide doesn't seem to know
what I'm talking about.

Is there any other way to add them? Even a hack?
