It has two outputs (2 VGA outs possibly, or a mix of VGA/DVI outs, or 2 DVI
outs)
Completely normal (don't try to fix it, because it isn't broken).

on Device Manager, Display adapter, i have Radeon 9200 and Radeon 9200 -
Secondary.
Radeon 9200 properties
device type: Display adapters
Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
Location: PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0
Driver date/version both the same
Radeon 9200 - Secondary

Why do i have 2 display adapters when i only have one Ati Radeon 9200 AGP
8x
installed on my motherboards? does it mean that i have a multiple screen
capability? After installing the Ati Radeon 9200 driver/control panel
software on Window Update theres also now a Ati Radeon 9200 Secondary
software update should i install it?
