You need to re-run Media Center setup (Settings, General, Media Center Setup). You should see the TV Setup listed there.

I originally built this system without a TV tuner. I have been using it as.
an extender to watch DVDs, listen to music and watch TV that was recorded on
another MCE box on the network.
I just installed an MCE compatible TV tuner card (eVGA NVTV) along with its
MCE driver. It shows up as working in the Device Manager.
Problem is that Media Center doesn't know that it now has TV capabilities.
The main menu does not include My TV and the setup menus don't have any
options for setting up stations or guide.
Hopefully, I don't have to reinstall the entire system to get this to work.
Anyone know the magic incantation?
Thanks,
Mike
