Are you using you have no internet access for your computer? Or is no EPG
available for where you are?

The MCE experience (TV wise) is seriously degraded (in my opinion) without
access to an EPG). If your issue is the former rather than the later, you
really should consider getting your computer hooked up to the internet.

and this is what I would expect being able to do...
I don't have TV guide on analog signal in the computer,so no guide
settings
apparently. Isn't there a simple way to record manually by pressing record
button once and stóp button another time and once to stop recording?

As Jeff mentions, you'll need to set up a manual recording if you want
finer
control of when the recording stops.

Whenever I try to manually record a Tv program I have to schedule
(guess)
the hour I want it to stop, otherwise it will stop record at the end of

hour, for example if it starts recording at 22h05m or 22h 57m it will
stop
invariably always at 23h00m! How can I enable the simple one-click
recording
and one-click stop recording? It seems that there is some default
configuration enabled but I couldn´t find it on the settings...
