You might try upgrading your drivers to the 81.98 version. If your card has
less than 64MB of memory however, new drivers will not possibly work and as
stated you need a new card. If you plan on adding an HDTV tuner card in the
future than only cards with sufficient memory bandwidth (trasfer rate) will
work
