Since we don't know what video card with what driver release you are using
over what interface at what resolution to what kind of dislay with what
release of MCE and with what tuner card and which DVD decoder you are using
it is almost impossible to even guess what your problem is with Live TV
since you don't appear to also have the problem with recorded TV or you
would have said so.
