Media Center Extender Info & Pricing Needed

I have an HP 854n Media Center PC. I've put in a 2nd TV tuner card with FM
(so now I have 2 eMuzed cards), a GeForce FX5600 Video Card, 1 GIG RAM.

I'm wanting to be able to watch my recorded TV, etc. that is on my PC
(located in my office) on the TV in my next room (living room).

Is the Media Center Extender what I need to accomplish this? What's the
best price and place to purchase one? Are there any other options to
accomplish what I'm wanting to do? I don't want to just run an output from
my pc to the other room because then the remote won't work from in the
living room (the infared unit is next to my pc).

Any help and/or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. I am on an extremely
limited budget so I'm trying to accomplish this inexpensively but also so it
efficiently.
