Yes I read the links and there was nothing in the Link that specified that 
BOTH tuners work with MCE.  There are several cards on the MS MCE approved 
list that have 2 dissimiliar tuners and none of the ones listed have both 
tuners working with MCE. With the exception of HDTV ATSC digital tuner cards 
in the US, all tuners for MCE must use the same EPG which is another reason 
that even those HYBRIDS  that have a different driver interface for each 
tuner so that both tuners can be used with their own TV application can be 
used with MCE.
