RE: Help!!! Weird problem with Rollup 2

I solved it! Now, be patient with this solution, as I am far from being a
technical expert... but here is what I did to solve it and it worked on both
my computers:
1. You need a piece of software named HijackThis... to be honest, I do not
know where to download it, but if you go to a local CompUSA one of the
technical guys can probably get it for you for $10 or even free!
2. You run this software. Use the "Run System Scan" option. After it runs,
it will display a few lines with configuration information. While you can
use google to find out each line (I did!) - Anyway, find a line that states
"Error..." and some other text... There will be one - as I did delete the
line on both computers. Sorry about not being very specific on this error...
I should have documented it better... Anyway, it was very clear as it was the
only line with a "Error" in it...
3. Once you fix that registry error, reboot and it will work without flaws.
