I am the VP - Technology at Starz and responsible for Vongo.

The issue that you describe could be the result of one of two problems
which we have seen. the first is an individualization issue. Vongo
requires the Windows Media player to be individualized prioir to you
downlowding any content. This can be done a couple of ways, but I
would suggest you contact our customer service and they can walk you
through the steps. If you launch the client and click the contact on
the top menu bar, there are a list of ways to contact us. I woudl use
the chat as they will give you the URL which you can copy and paste.

The second issue coudl be the issue that jolt spoke of. The DRM store,
the place where the licenses are, can become corrupt. if it does, you
can try backing it up, then deleteing it and then doing a restore. If
the restore does not work you may have to just delete the store and
start acquiring license again. If you have a subscription service like
Yahoo Music or Napster, this will happen automatically when you try to
play the content. If you have purchased content and own it, you may
have to contact customer service for the service and tell them you lost
your license for the content.

In closing, we have made an update to the beta build which better
addresses the first issue and it is available on vongo.com. I would
reccomend you going to the site, downloading it and upgrading.
