HELP: Tuner not available

All of a sudden when I try to watch live tv or record tv (scheduled) I get
this error:

Tuner Not Available
The tuner is currently in use by another appliation or is not working.
Please close all other appliations, restart Media Center, and then try
again.

It was working before and I haven't installed anything new. Any ideas?
I've since rebooted, but to no avail....
