Re: Task Manager and Desktop



Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop

Look in the right pane for a value called NoChangingWallPaper. If it exists, double click it and set its value to 0 (zero). Or right click it and select Delete. You may need to log off/log on for the change to take effect.
