You can't "upgrade" (or downgrade in the case of W2K) if that's what you
mean, but sure, you can wipe out MCE with anything you want. You would
basically be doing a fresh install and would need to reinstall all the apps
afterward. BTW, there isn't a "XP 2000" OS, XP comes in Home, Pro, MCE, or
64 flavors.
