Sort of but not really. You can connect the two, certainly. You can either
have the same image/desktop appear on both (generally known as Clone Mode)
or you can have them treated as separate display spaces (and you can drag
programs from one to the other). However, they both will share the same
mouse, keyboard, and remote. So it wouldn't work quite the way you want at
all.
You might be better off buying an Extender or XBox360 and use that to watch
live TV/recorded TV while the MCE PC is used for other things.
