I don't think anyone makes one, my case has an IR receiver built in that is
useless also. Plus, it would need to have the IR blaster ports so it could
control any STB's you might have. I had thought about disassembling/modding
the MS one and trying to build it into my case, but then I would need to
point the remote at the MCE box (which is not real close to the TV) instead
of at the TV (which seems more natural).
