Hi Todd, i followed the steps in the KB article and was able to get the song
to play. However, i was not able to back up my licenses as i kept getting an
error about not being able to back them up for some reason. AND after
getting the song to play, i was STILL not able to view HBO (and now Encore
either.)
Please let me know if you want me to try something else.
