Another suggestion
You might trly uninstalling both tuners then shuting down and removing them.
Then reboot and shutdown again and just install the Avermedia card and its
drivers again.
If the problem still exists any possibliity that the drivers for the two
different manufacturers tuners are not interferring with each other in some
way.
