What exactly do you mean by "minimize content in MCE?"
You can certainly minimize or resize the Media Center window, so you can run other "desktop programs" like Word, Excel, and IE at the same time.

If anyone out there is listening, I would like to know if it is possible to minimize content in MCE so I can go back without having to start the process over. Also, viewing web pages in MCE would be helpful especially with the new remote keyboard. Since web pages are viewable in MCE why isn't the address bar show so we can browse the internet through MCE.
MCE has a GUI that is simple to navigate through lots of information so why aren't we able to access more programs, for example, word, excel and internet explorer...
