The IR box should be able to learn pretty much any set top box. In other
words, if you can hold down the buttons on your remote (during the wizard),
and it accepts that, then it should work.
Check to make sure the correct LED (from IR transmitter) actually blinks
when it is changing channels. If not, then the problem is something related
to the IR transmitter and LED's. The plug is kinda cheesy (in my opinion)
and you may need to switch to the other 2nd jack or generally wiggle the
plug until it seats better.
