Several users have had trouble with MCE with AMD Dual core chips with trying
to watch or record TV. They had to set up their systems so that the MCE
RCVR proocess would have an afinity for only one core or by disabling one
core in the BIOS. Apparently there where times when both cores were
simultanioulsy trying to get the same input from the tuner and the data was
being retrived out of sequence.
