Couple of questions:
- Are you seeing any new/different messages in Event Viewer?
- If you see the "PC is busy" message again, please check Task Manager on
the PC to see what your CPU usage is (and if it's high, what's consuming the
CPU)
- What are the specs on you PC? (home-built/OEM, how fast, how much RAM,
etc.)
