RE: Messed UP IR Remote control



Hi - I have the same problem. After installing updates on my brand new
machine with MC 2005, my remote lost function of the arrow and "OK" keys. I
have worked with dell for several hours. We uninstlled and installed the
drivers. We cleaned all registry of all MC enties and re configured. They
sent me two addtional updates from MS the address remotes issues. THey did
not help either. Hope we both find the answer soon. Peter
