MCE should be relatively agnostic on the subject of single versus dual
(versus hyperthreading versus dual core) CPUs. I can see where there might
be benefits to having dual CPUs or dual cores. I'd be tempted to replace my
Athlon 64 with a dual core Athlon, someday, when the price comes down.

I would think a single 2.8 Xeon would be fine for two tuners.

Hopefully you have large fast hard drives with that?
