Network Congestion with XBOX MCE and 802.11A

I keep getting network congestion dialog box and the picture keeps getting
stuck or stuttering. The sound is okay though. It didn't have this issue
before. I read all the other stuff in this forum and did the stuff such as
update the NIC card firmware. It only got worse. It's a new Media Center PC
so I got plenty of space. My 802.11A is dedicated to this xbox and I get an
excellent signal hovering around 36MBPS according to XBOX config. I am on
rollup 1.01. Any other ideas?
