Need hd card recommendation

I recently acquired a computer from my job. It is a 2.8 p4 with 512mb ram,
dvd rom and cd burner. I have a Geforce3 video card I am going to install
for video. I would like a recommendation for a hd tuner card. I only need
one tuner. This is just to get the thing going. I want to start using it as
soon as possible.

Also, I have a high def tv, what do you recommend using to connect the video
card to the tv? I can use svideo or dvi.
