Well my friends I had this problem but I have fixed it. I actually fixed it
by accident. Ok so here is the procedure in fixing it. First uninstall the
rollup 1 update for the infared receiver. Now you have to install windows
media player 10 (install it anyway even if you already have it). Now just
restart your pc and your good to go. You wouldn't receive this error anymore
and Media Center will now recognize your tv tuner. Media Center is now fully
function.
