From MCE TO vhs

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

A friend has sent me a video (made by a friend of HERS) that she wanted me
to transfer to dvd...I thought. I captured it yesterday, but now she says
she wants it on vhs. Is there a way for me to transfer this BACK to vhs with
MCE?
