Try the 77.76 Beta drivers, they contain MCE fixes above the 72.14 drivers.
I assume that you have hardware acceleration enabled in the NVIDIA
Decoder(0.150version).
The heavist CPU load would occur with a 1080i HDTV program(CBS or NBC) and
should be a lot less with a 720p HDTV program (ABC or Fox).
