If your PC isn't running Media Center Edition, you might want to post in a
more appropriate newsgroup, such as microsoft.public.windowsxp.
They'll want to know what exact hardware you have. Many manufacturers had
specific tweaks you needed to do before applying SP2, such as updating
drivers first. You might visit your manufacturers web site and see what they
recommend.
