it seems to me I have the same problem.
two days I am thinking on it.
and reason, I suppose, is in Media Center.

I tryed to do that and achieve succsess. but ONLY ONCE!
another time I repeat that actions, I can't capture from my camcorder
again :(
I think it's better to find way to turn off Media Center at all.
