Task Manager problem

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

It appears something has corrupted my task manager. I am not able to view all
the options I need to. I do not have any tabs at the top, there are no tabs.
On the bottom I have end now, switch to and new task. I am trying to get
spyware off of the computer and I need to get the entire options on the task
manager. Any suggestions?
