Re: DD5.1 from P4P800se Motherboard



I'm using the coaxial connector, but I was just wondering if you can get
sound out of all of your speakers using the test dialog in the SoundMax
software?
When I discovered that DD5.1 was not working in MCE I went back to the
SoundMax software and found that it isn't even outputting to all 6 speakers
of my 5.1 setup. I only hear sound out of the two front speakers.

This to me indicates the problem is not with MCE but rather with my sound
card drivers or the hardware itself.
