explorer.exe error

i've installed windows xp media center edition
but few days i'm facing an error message when ever i tried to open
explorer.exe or my computer
the error is
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime LIbrary
Buffer Overrun Detected!

"
please help me to solve this problem
