do the all in wonder cards work?

I have a new shuttle xpc on which I have loaded MC 2005 ( It went flawlessly
I might add). It has an AGP 8x slot and a PCI slot. I would like to not use
both slots for video in and out and was hoping to use an ATI all in wonder
card to get video in and out, but they are not certified for MCE 2005.

Has anyone used one of the all in wonder cards for this purpose? I was
considering the ATI AIW Radeon 9800 pro? (is this overkill?)

Does anyone have another/ or better solution?

Thanks in advance.
