Dual Tuner Setup Issues

I bought a Dell MCE that shipped with the ATI eHomeWonder TV Tuner. I have a
STB that I connect to this tuner and everything works fine.

I then decided I needed a second tuner. So I got a second STB and dropped
in a Hauppage WinTV-PVR-150MCE. The second STB is connected to this new
tuner. I also wired a second IR-blaster to the 2nd STB.

When I launch MC, I am not auto prompted for TV tuner setup and when I
launch it manually and choose the "Configure my tv signal automatically", it
only detects 1 STB connection - which is the first STB and the new tuner
(Hauppage). It does not use the first tuner anymore (ATI).

When I choose to manually setup the signal in TV Signal Setup and go through
the changing channels test, MCE can successfully change the channel on each
of the STBs, but the actual a/v does not show up in MCE through the ATI tuner
anymore.

Any ideas?
