Picture stutter

Hi

I have just made a custom XP MCE 2005 pc, but after about an hour or two
after booting the picture starts to stutter. The hardware is plenty good
enough to cope and I use nvidia dvd decoder as i have a geforce 4.

The tv card is DVB.

Does anyone have any ideas?

PS Let me know if you need more details
PPS The tv signal is good and my DVB box doesnt have the same issue
